Say hello to your new favorite cocktail, the Beet Negroni. One part gin, one part Campari

and one part Pressery Beat Street

We absolutely love using cold-pressed juice as a healthier mixer – beets contain nutrients that are both cleansing and detoxifying for the liver and blood.  Flush toxins out of your body while simultaneously enjoying your favorite cocktail.

Total Prep Time: 5 minutes  


  • 4 ounces Pressery Beat Street
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce campari
  • Orange peel, for garnish


Combine the Pressery Beat Street, gin and campari in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.  Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds. Straight into a glass with ice and finish with an orange peel.

Beat Street is the perfect, earthy stand-in for sweet vermouth used in a typical Negroni!
