Bone broths have become increasingly trendy in the health foods scene. At this point, you probably know that there are incredible benefits to including bone broth into your diet, but you may not be exactly sure how.
This simple gazpacho recipe is the perfect way to incorporate bone broth into your daily diet. We can’t take credit for crafting up this delicious recipe ourselves, but we can certainly give credit to our friends at Epicurious.
We added our own little twist by swapping out water for Pressery Chicken Herb Bone Broth!
Working in batches, blend all ingredients except hot sauce in processor to coarse puree. Transfer gazpacho to large bowl. Season to taste with hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate until well chilled, about 2 hours. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead). Ladle into bowls and serve.
Add a little jalapeno for a little spice!
Top with sour cream and avocado!

- 4 ounces Pressery Beat Street
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce campari
- Orange peel, for garnish
Combine the Pressery Beat Street, gin and campari in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds. Straight into a glass with ice and finish with an orange peel.
Beat Street is the perfect, earthy stand-in for sweet vermouth used in a typical Negroni!
